Since Pilates requires you to engage virtually your whole body, while lengthening at the same time people find fast results with a Pilates routine. Leslie's style of Pilates is incorporates a strong sense of body ​awareness and challenges the muscles of the core with varied types of moves and sequences. Leslie has always enjoyed teaching Pilates classes and knows that our core is what gives us strength in many other daily activities as well as sport specific games. In order to obtain an optial fitness level in any are, core strengtth must first be there and when it is our bodies are better able to perform.
