Leslie's yoga journey began in 2008 and continues to. Leslie believes yoga teaches one to be more present in themselves. Presence in self leads to presence in life and all those that are around us. When we practice yoga, we become more mobile and agile in our human body. Yoga teaches one to find what type of movement they enjoy, in additon to finding what we enjoy in life.
Leslie currently teaches and practices various forms of yoga, however she promotes indviduality and believes that yoga should not be the same for any two people. "We are all unique individuals with various builds, abilities, strengths, weaknesses, and therefore should honor our bodies and work with what we feel is comfortable for that particualar day.
